| Easy Welding Ceramic backing blocks use natural inorganic materials which are mixed in the right proportional formula to form a ceramic powder and shaped under pressure and baked at high temperatures of 1350-1400 degrees celcuis. Due to having been baked at high temperates, the blocks have excellent resistance to heat shocks in the course of rapid heating and cooling. Under the high temperature of welding, they remain stable without producing molten drops while good back beads are formed. As the ceramics have fine properties of acid and alkali resistivity, in processes of steel piece welding, no deformation and no physical or chemical reactions occur. |
